What I missed in this morning’s Merc
Time was, my daily blogging would consist of links to news stories, such that I can still type the href tag as fast as my own password. This blog is supposed to be more of my own experiences, but twice today, while reading other blogs, I’ve come across links to my hometown paper, the San José Mercury News which I completely missed in my morning’s perusal of the paper.
One is a AP story about gleaning which the Merc ran with no local tweaking at all, so that it fails even to mention Village Harvest. (Linked from Wasted Food.)
But then I see a link in Serious Eats that says

How is it possible that I missed this?
