The kale chips last week were a huge hit, although, if you’re going to use the same recipe, then please cook them at 450 for only 6 minutes, rather than 15. I’ll try it with collards, too. I may get to roasting or otherwise using the carrots this week. I grilled the radicchio (along with zucchini, onions and fennel) last week and made an excellent vegetable salad; I’ll certainly do some of that this week, too. The round zukes are fun to stuff, the cilantro will go into a salsa with tomatoes from my garden that I expect this week, and the cuke and lettuce will be a salad.

Kind of abbreviated, but I have a grand jury report to read, now that I’m home from the seals.
