Grand Jury Report

The Santa Clara County Grand Jury has issued yet another scathing report on the Santa Clara Valley Water District. Santa Clara Valley Water District – Awash in Cash as County and Cities Drown in Red Ink. The report slams the District’s recently-build water quality laboratory and two proposed project in Alviso, the slough dredging and the educational gazebo.
