The report slams the District&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sccsuperiorcourt.org\/jury\/GJreports\/2009\/SCVWD-Part2.pdf\">recently-build water quality laboratory<\/a> and two proposed project in Alviso, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sccsuperiorcourt.org\/jury\/GJreports\/2009\/SCVWD-Part3.pdf\">the slough dredging<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sccsuperiorcourt.org\/jury\/GJreports\/2009\/SCVWD-Part4.pdf\">the educational gazebo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m off to A\u00c3\u00b1o Nuevo this morning, so I&#8217;ll write a more lengthy response this evening.
