Via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seriouseats.com\/2009\/12\/fold-out-anatomical-chart-of-a-pig-from-1917.html\">Serious Eats<\/a> comes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cookingissues.dreamhosters.com\/uploads\/Bacon_and_Hams_Foldout_Pig.html\">this fantastic, interactive, fold-out pig illustration<\/a>. It&#8217;s part of <a href=\"http:\/\/cookingissues.wordpress.com\/2009\/12\/01\/pigplatei\/\">a great review<\/a> of an 1917 reference book <i>Bacon and Hams<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>And for water, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boingboing.net\/2009\/12\/02\/from-the-toilet-to-t.html?utm_source=feedburner&#038;utm_medium=feed&#038;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+boingboing%2FiBag+%28Boing+Boing%29\">Boing Boing has a nice article on water recycling<\/a>.
