I got a reply from Kevin O’Day, the Deputy Agricultural Commissioner for Santa Clara County, about the LBAM policy changes. He says that, while the federal and state LBAM project managers are still working on the written updates to the quarantine policies, their verbal changes have been used to update the County’s webpage. The new rules (pretty much what I said a couple days ago)
